In 2024, we witnessed a 48 percent increase in clients served. Together, we:

• Served 1,792 unduplicated clients.

• Answered 1,904 calls on our crisis hotline.

• Facilitated 1,099 counseling hours, impacting 875 clients.

• Transitioned 52 clients to permanent housing, changing the lives of 122 individuals.

• Dedicated 10,412 hours of non-residential care serving our clients and community.

• Boasted a 91% positive discharge rate for residential services, reflecting our effectiveness in satisfying the needs of our residents.
